Grab It is a program offered by Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific created as a convenient way for WorldMark South Pacific Club Owners, to access accommodation packages in low demand periods at Club Resorts. Unlike one off promotions, which may get mislaid in the email inbox Grab It allows you to peruse fantastic accommodation packages and deals when it is convenient for you. Don’t forget, you have to be quick to snap up a bargain, so check this website regularly – there could be lots of packages or they could all have been snapped up!
· Grab It bookings are designed to benefit Owners and their guests and cannot be sold, raffled, marketed, or auctioned.
· Packages are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
· Grab It bookings cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
· Not all room types may be suitable for people with mobility issues. Please refer to the resort information at www.worldmarksp.com/resorts and www.worldmarksp.com/beforeyougo before completing a booking, as room changes are not possible.
· Payments will be processed within 7 days after you submit a Grab It booking. If an Owner has insufficient Vacation Credits to cover the booking, the Owner may purchase One-Time Credits from the Developer.
· A maximum of 3 active Grab It bookings are permitted per WorldMark Ownership.
· Changes to and cancellations of Grab It bookings are NOT permitted. No refund will be given once a Grab It booking has been confirmed.
· If additional nights are required outside of your Grab It booking, a new booking must be made separately and a housekeeping fee may apply.
· If you chose to extend (add additional nights) your Grab It booking, the Grab It terms and conditions will apply to the entire stay (i.e. no cancellations will be accepted), unless a separate Vacation Credit booking for the additional nights is made, in which case a housekeeping fee will apply as the Club Apartment or Associate Resort Apartment cannot be guaranteed for the entire stay.
· When booking TRYP Fortitude Valley Hotel Brisbane, only Vacation Credits, assigned Vacation Credits and cash can be accepted as payment. Bonus WorldMark Credits cannot be used for this Associate Resort.
· If an Owner is found to be selling, raffling, marketing or auctioning Grab It bookings then:
1. the Grab It booking will be cancelled with no refund;
2. all existing Grab It bookings will be cancelled with no refund: and
3. for a period of 6 months, no new Grab It bookings will be able to be made.
· Once you submit to make a Grab It booking, you should receive your first confirmation email within a few hours. Please do not forget to check your spam folder.
· Grab It bookings will show in your Owner account within 7 days after you submit to make a booking on the Grab It website. Once the booking is processed, Owners will receive a new confirmation email from the reservation system
